RavenRoute.com currently has a no refunds, exchanges, or cancelations policy.
But in some situations we can make exceptions please email us support@ravenroute.com. We love our customers and will do anything to keep you happy.
All Product Warranty Varies But if no Warranty options are chosen during check out then all warranty must be dealt with directly with the Manufacture.
Meaning customer would be responsible to contact the manufacture.
Any Orders/ Packages that get returned due to insufficient address , or delivery company can’t get to address for any apparent reason and order gets sent back we do not refund. Customer Must repay for shipping label to be resent.
